High Hill House is a traditional Lakeland stone house and is situated a level, 5 minute walk from the town centre. the river Greta is opposite with magnificent Skiddaw and Latrigg as a backdrop. To the rear you can gaze upon Catbells, Grisedale pike and Causey Pike.
Fully refurbished in 2007, the house, which is spread over 3 floors, provides excellent quality accommodation for 5 people. Most rooms have stunning views that change according to the time of year. There are numerous walks and cycle rides which you can start from the door.
Keswick is an ideal base to explore the Lake District. Situated on Derwent water with magnificent views of surrounding fells the scenery is unsurpassed.
A vibrant market town, it has appeal for all ages and interests. Attractions include museums, art galleries, parks, a cinema and a theatre.
For the Active, walks and cycling can be started from the door. Water pursuits can be enjoyed on Derwent water and the town also has a leisure pool and a climbing wall.
Keswick boasts many astmospheric pubs, offering bar meals, some of which are pet friendly. there is also a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops, all within walking distance.

Immmediately behind the house is a small yard. There is a bench and an outside tap. The garage is useful for storage and bikes. The enclosed garden is across a private lane beside the parking area. Garden furniture is provided so you may enjoy the suberb views in comfort.
